Autobiography

  • Engr. Dr. Solomon Adjei Marfo obtained his BSc (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST, Ghana; MEng and PhD in Petroleum Engineering from University of Belgrade, Serbia and University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria respectively.
  • He is currently a Senior Lecturer of Petroleum, Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering in University of Mines and Technology, UMaT, Tarkwa, Ghana.
  • His research interest includes the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Petroleum, Petrochemical and Refining Engineering, Fuel and Lubricant Analysis, Water and Sand Management in Oil and Gas Reservoirs, Pipeline Modelling and Design, Energy Policy Formulation and Review, Evaluation and Utilisation of Agro-waste for Oilfield Application.
  • He is a Licenced Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET, Gh), a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers, International Association of Engineers (IAENG) a Registered Environmental Specialist (RES) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP), USA.
