Eunice Onoma-Darko is the Assistant Facilities Manager for the University of Mines and Technology. Eunice is a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), Valuation and Estate Division with remarkable experience gained from working with some renowned Real Estate companies. She is also a Member of the African Real Estate Society (AfRES), Future Leaders of African Real Estate Society (FLAfRES) and International Facilities Management Association (IFMA, Ghana Chapter). Her specialty is in Maintenance Management, Real Estate Management and Sustainabilty, Estate Brokerage and Management of Real Estate Investment Portfolios.

Prior to joining the University of Mines and Technology, she was the Facilities Manager for the Ghana Universities Staff Superannuation Scheme (GUSSS) hostels in KNUST and also a freelance Estate Broker who liaised quite a number of real estate transactions.
