The Faculty of Computing and Mathematical Sciences consists of two academic departments: Mathematical Sciences and Computer Sciences and Engineering. The Departments offer both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The programmes are designed to provide students with a firm footing in mathematical, statistical, computer science and engineering concepts to meet the requirements of industry and educational institutions. Graduates of the Faculty are employable in a host of establishments including the banking and financial sectors, mining and related industries, and educational and research institutions.
